He then joined the Corporate Audit Department of the British food distribution leader Brakes in 2005 as a Corporate Audit Manager and became Head of Internal Audit and Compliance of the Continental Europe Division in 2015. After the purchase of Brakes by Sysco\, he led the internal audit team in Europe until 2022 covering mainly SOX compliance and Fraud investigations. \nHe set up in 2022 the Governance and GDPR compliance department. of Iriguard\, a cybersecurity consulting company. Emmanuel Pascal’s work included developing practical and innovative tools for internal audits and to fight against fraud. He regularly takes part in conferences in France and abroad to present the Data analytics method to detect Fraud he has been developing since 2010. Emmanuel teaches Audit as a Master at Vinci Executive Education University (Paris) and teaches the use of data analytics in investigation in the Fraud Certificate of Paris Dauphine University where he trains investigators and compliance officers to use his methods. He wrote the structured data analytics section of the Association of Corporate Investigator’s handbook. Emmanuel is now managing Condor Strike a consulting firm based in Paris that specializes in Fraud risk mitigation and investigation with data analytics. He is developing data analytics methods and training for auditors\, compliance officers\, and fraud investigators.
