Payment Terms and Conditions for Training and Conference Events
- Registration and Payment Deadline:
- Participants must complete the registration process by the specified deadline to secure their place at the event.
- Full payment of the registration fee is due at the time of registration.
- Accepted Payment Methods:
- We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified in the registration process.
- All payments must be made in the currency specified on the event website or registration form.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations received before 30 days or more before the event start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations received after the specified deadline of application registrations will not be eligible for a refund.
- Substitutions of registered participants may be allowed, subject to approval and notification to the event organizers.
- No-Show Policy:
- Participants who do not attend the event without prior cancellation notice will not be eligible for a refund.
- Event Changes and Cancellation:
- The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, content, or speakers as necessary.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organizers, registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. The organizers are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred.
- Late Payments:
- Payments received after the specified due date may be subject to late payment fees or additional charges.
- Taxes:
- Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, administration charges or duties on registration fees as required by local or national tax authorities.
- Liability:
- The event organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their property during the event, including travel to and from the event venue.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event.
- Privacy:
- Personal information provided during the registration process will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

By registering for this event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms and Conditions. The event organizers reserve the right to modify these terms as necessary.
