4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Transfers

Sponsors & Event Partners: Where you explicitly permit your event badge to be scanned by an event sponsor or exhibitor at a summit, or where you consent to inclusion in a delegate networking directory, your professional contact details (Name, Title, Company, Email) will be shared with the relevant sponsor.

4.3. International Data Transfers: If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), WLCUS Kft. ensures appropriate safeguards are enforced in compliance with GDPR Chapter V, including the implementation of European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or reliance on EU Adequacy Decisions.

5. Data Retention Schedules

5.1. Contractual & Financial Records: Retained for eight (8) years following transaction completion in accordance with Section 169 of Hungarian Accounting Act C of 2000.

5.2. Direct Marketing Data: Retained until you opt out or object to processing.

5.3. Event Registration Data: Retained for up to three (3) years following event conclusion to manage post-event communications, pass transfers, or commercial disputes.
