3.1. Standard Early-Stage Registrations (Booked 5–6 Months Prior to Event):

• Cancellation Before > 60 Days Prior: Delegates who completed registration at an early stage (5 to 6 months prior to the event date) and submit a written cancellation notice more than 60 calendar days prior to the event start date shall be eligible for a 50% monetary refund of the total paid registration fee.

• Cancellation =/< (equal / Less than) 60 Days Prior: Early-stage registrations cancelled 60 calendar days or fewer prior to the event start date are non-refundable (0% refund).

3.2. Late Registrations (Booked =/< (equal/less than) 60 Days Prior to Event):

• Registrations received 60 calendar days or fewer prior to the event start date are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• Pass Transfers (30 to 60 Days Prior): If a late registration is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event, the registration fee cannot be refunded; however, 100% of the paid value may be shifted toward a delegate pass for another upcoming WLCUS Kft. event within twelve (12) calendar months.

• Final Cut-Off (=/< (equal/less than) 30 Days Prior): Cancellations made 30 calendar days or fewer prior to the event date carry a 0% refund and cannot be transferred to future events.

3.3. Reimbursement Processing Window: Where a monetary refund is authorized under Section 3.1, reimbursement shall be processed and remitted within 90 to 120 calendar days following written confirmation of the cancellation.

3.4. Delegate Substitutions: A registered attendee who cannot participate may assign a qualified colleague from the same corporate entity to attend in their place at no extra charge, provided WLCUS Kft. receives written notice at least seven (7) business days before the event start date.
